This includes representing landowners or developers in a wide array of services such as marketing, compliance with local land use policies and zoning ordinances. Prior to establishing Waukee Realty in 2021, Alex worked for one of the largest real estate firms in Iowa, where he held roles in leasing and management. Alex graduated from University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN where he received a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Studies. Alex is an active member of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance, Institute of Real Estate Management and Building Owners and Managers Association.
